The Day
RSVPs
The ceremony will take place at Bournville Parish Church, St Francis of Assisi. We'd love for you to arrive at 12:00 noon so everyone is settled and ready for the big moment! There is very limited parking in the church. Lots of parking around the church on the streets and other car parks. We recommend you arrive by taxi or public transportation so that you can join the vintage wedding bus to the reception venue😉
Bournville is easy to reach by train or bus. Bournville railway station is just a short walk from the church and sits on the Cross-City line, running frequently through Birmingham New Street. Local bus routes reach Bournville easily, too. Please use Google Maps to map your journey.
Remember, there is a wedding bus for all guests transporting us from the ceremony to the reception venue! So don't stress about travelling between the 2 locations.
Both the ceremony and reception venues are wheelchair accessible. We'll also do our best to ensure seating arrangements during the ceremony are considered for accessibility needs. If you have any specific requirements, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly so we can make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible.
After the ceremony, we'll be celebrating at Horton Grange, Edgbaston Park Hotel, a beautiful venue just a short distance from the church. No need to worry about getting there - We've organised a vintage bus to transport all the guests from the church to the Reception Venue. All the merriment along the very short ten-minute journey is a bonus - ALL ABOARD!Â
There is plenty of free parking available at Edgbaston Park Hotel, for the wedding guests (for both those staying at the hotel and those who are not). Remember to validate the parking at the reception. Local taxis and Ubers are available from this centrally located spot.
We highly recommend staying at the reception venue itself - Edgbaston Park Hotel, which is conveniently located opposite the reception venue at Horton Grange. A short stroll up to your room. The wedding party will be staying at Horton Grange itself on the night. Did someone say Breakfast party?!
